If you are looking for wedding gowns, we strongly encourage you to make an appointment to ensure optimum service and to give you the full attention of our consultants.
We recommend that you book your appointment at least 7 to 10 months prior to your event date. Booking an appointment at your earliest convenience is important so we can special order your dress to your size. Delivery times vary according to the designers but generally take 6 to 8 months.
No appointments are necessary for bridesmaids.(For inquiries only) Please feel free to walk-in if you wish to browse, but not try on bridesmaid gowns. ( Appointments are necessary to try on bridesmaid dresses. There is a charge for try ons and is credited towards the purchase of the bridesmaid dress.)
You can bring the name of the dress, the name of the designer, pictures of dresses you have seen on our website or one that you’ve tried on elsewhere.
We also suggest that you bring nude or white undergarments. This may include a strapless bra, underwear, and/or shapewear, and shoes at the desired height you wish to have at your wedding. You may also want to bring an elastic hairband if you plan to wear your hair up.
We recommend bringing the closest friends or family members whose opinion you value, who know you well and with whom you want to share the experience of buying your wedding dress. Bringing more than 3 or 4 people can take the focus off of you and you may get lost in different opinions instead of listening more to your heart’s desires.
If you plan on bringing in more than 4 people, we suggest calling us ahead of time to let us know.
There’s a reason why you need to get a jump-start on your gown search—you’re not buying off the rack, so your wedding dress is essentially custom made for YOU. This means it will take months of work to create and a series of alterations to fit your body perfectly. Some wedding dresses can arrive in less than 5 months (possibly with Rush Shipping as well), but most gowns take 6 to 8 months to arrive, depending on the designer.
When you buy your gown, you’ll have to sign a contract and put down a 60% deposit. This is because your one-of-a-kind dress takes manpower to create, so designers need a down payment to start production.
All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
A trunk show is when a designer sends in their latest collection of bridal gowns. Although we do have many dresses to try on from each designer, the entire collection is not always available at our boutique. It’s a great opportunity to see the entire line and also to take advantage of discounts and incentives being offered that week!
